Shipping
Where do you ship?
Across Canada, anywhere Canada Post will send mail (even way up North!).
Are you outside of Canada? Please contact us for information on international shipping. :)
I want to wear the really cool socks I ordered right away! How long will it take before I can adorn my feet with them?
We ship quickly! When we receive your order, we aim to have your order packaged, out our door and in the mail within 1-2 business days (usually it's 1).
From that point, it is up to the mail carrier and your location. But generally, you can expect to receive your order within 10 days, and often much faster than that. (If you live somewhere particularly remote, it might take a little longer.)
I ordered something! What happens next?
- Once you place your order, you'll get a confirmation e-mail.
- We'll prepare your order and send it out (usually within one business day), and you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail.
- The mail carrier will deliver your socks.
- You'll put your socks on and in all likelihood spontaneously break into a happy dance.
If you've created an account at Sock Garden, you can always check the status of your past and present orders by logging into your account and having a peek.

We ship using Canada Post.
How much will shipping cost?
We are offering FREE SHIPPING right now (check here for details) on orders over $60! When you get your socks, feel free to do an 'I love free shipping' dance! :)
Orders $59.99 and below ship with a flat rate of $12.
Payment
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also pay by PayPal, if you'd prefer.
What currency are your prices in? What currencies are accepted?
Canadian Dollars.
Are my card details safe? Is the checkout secure?
Of course! During checkout your credit card details go directly to a secure payment gateway service which will process your payment. We never see your card details.
Our checkout system uses an SSL certificate and industry-standard 128-bit encryption to keep your details safe. Our store's checkout is powered by a Certified Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant host.
So you can rest assured that no mischievous sock monkeys will go on a sock shopping spree with your information.
When is my card charged?
Your card will be charged when we begin shipment of your order. We usually get your shipment out the door very quickly, so this is normally within a business day or two.
If there's a problem during fulfillment of your order, we'll contact you. And don't worry, if there are any problems, we'll make things right!

Can I cancel an order?
If you've placed an order and noticed a mistake, or simply changed your mind, then please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel the order before it ships. (Best be quick, 'cause we ship promptly!)
I have a coupon code. Where do I enter it?
Simply type in the code on the second page of the checkout process (after entering shipping details), and it will apply the discount there.
Returns
What is your return policy?
First: thanks for shopping at Sock Garden! We really want you to be thrilled with your purchase.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the day your order was shipped.
If you have received the wrong item, a defective item, or something is simply missing from your order, please contact us right away. We will take care of you and your poor sock-deprived feet right away!
If you received an item and simply didn't like it, you can return it for a refund so long as the tags are still on.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for any return shipping cost.
We can't accept returns on any apparel that is 'intimate'. (We don't mean to say that the apparel has been particularly affectionate, of course, but that it has a crotch area.) Tights, for example, fit into this category.
Items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for returns.
How can I return something?
We'll be happy to help you through the process of a return. Before sending anything, it is important that you please contact us to arrange your return.
When we get the returned item, we'll inspect it and process it according to our policy above.
Your refund, if applicable, will be processed by automatically applying credit to your credit card (or your original method of payment).
Please be aware that if we do not receive the item you intended to return for whatever reason, we will not be able to process it (and therefore no refund will be provided).
